I have no such doubts.

Today I finally got around to renting and watching the movie Doubt. I was really impressed but i realized something that I'm unsure if it was intentional. I watched it with my girlfriend and realized something, we are two completly different people. Which would be fine, if she was nicer about it.

Anyways the movie never really tells you what happens as to the priest's innocence.

The whole time i believed him innocent, the whole time she believed him guilty.

Then she was distracted when i heard Phillip Seymour Hoffman's character talking to Amy Adam's character. He said something along the lines of not to lose her innocence, her compassion, or her kindness. Cruel people make you think they are weaknesses.

1 minute later my girlfriend asked me if i thought the priest was innocent. I said yes and she said "You're so innocent it's pathetic."
She says similar stuff somewhat a lot.

Then i wondered if the world really is this dark place or if it's great. Or maybe we make the light in the world of darkness.

Another thing is that I am trying to read as many people's blogs as possible, because i know they're there for reading, but everytime i hit next its always in a different language.

Oh, and i finally got around to writing my future room mate! I'm so excited.

Now to wonder, how should i close this off, i really must be going to bed, work at 8 tomorrow...

and this is a liter of water in less than five seconds.

  1. I have noticed the same thing...that its always a blog in another language when you press next blog. I like to read a lot of other peoples blogs too (probably too many now as I am so busy reading about other people's lives I'm forgetting to live my own). When I get on a blog I read the comments and then click on those people which leads me to their blogs and their comments which leads me to their blogs and ..... I think you get my drift :) Its a good way of finding blogs that are in English. And it helped me understand what 'preppies' are about :)

  2. The "next' button does the same for me, go figure. I've yet to see "Doubt" but I can relate to the conflicting views. My husband and I rarely see things the same way. Interesting vid. It amazes me, the things people do. lol.

To 4evernite: I just wish she wasn't so down on me for trying to see the good in people and situations. I think its amazing that i can see a man down a liter of water in sub 5 seconds in my living room
